Provide strategic financial insights and support business leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Controller or similar role
Proficiency in Deltek is required
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
High degree of integrity and professionalism with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
Construction industry experience highly desirable, particularly with job costing and project-based accounting
