Responsibilities

Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as this role will involve proofreading and verifying content and communications for client companies as well as publishing public external content

Help translate technical or complex business information into clear, accessible messaging for a variety of internal and external audiences; strong business writing skills are required

Collaborate with various departments to develop and deliver innovative, high-quality marketing, advertising, and communication products across multiple channels

Develop a variety of materials, including emails, newsletters, internal and external communications, press releases, advertisements, and more

Work consistently with outsourced companies for SEO, PR, and social media

Assist with the website and social media, including analytics and updates to all public websites such as WordPress and social media accounts like Facebook and LinkedIn for the company and its subsidiaries

Collaborate with leadership teams for content approvals; thus, a professional demeanor and outgoing personality are essential

Review and publish content on our internal SharePoint site as needed

Required

At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Communications and Marketing

Experience collaborating with various departments to develop and deliver innovative marketing, advertising, and communication products

Experience developing a variety of materials, including emails, newsletters, internal and external communications, press releases, advertisements, and more

Experience working with outsourced companies for SEO, PR, and social media

Ability to assist with website and social media analytics and updates

Professional demeanor and outgoing personality

Ability to review and publish content on internal SharePoint site

Must be able to complete and pass post-offer checks, including background, drug, references, and education
