Business Development Specialist
Home Instead is the world’s leading in-home care provider, dedicated to helping older adults live safely and independently. The Business Development Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop relationships with referral partners and clients.

Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and informing strategic decisions
Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal, to effectively interact with clients and partners
Experience with Lead Generation and developing client-focused strategies to drive business growth
Proficiency in conducting Market Research to identify new opportunities and gain competitive insights
Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve shared goals
Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
