Responsibilities

Build a new offering within Current Health that provides advisory and consulting services to community-and health system-based provider organizations seeking to establish and operate outpatient/community cell & gene therapy programs, as well as other acute & complex home-based care programs

Partner with community-based and health-system based providers, clinicians and operational leaders to enable them to stand-up and operate community and outpatient cell & gene therapy programs, as well as other acute & complex home-based care programs

Support our community and health system partners to negotiate with and contract with commercial and government payers for appropriate reimbursement of cell & gene therapies, as well as other acute & complex home-based care programs

Create & develop local/regional/national partnerships as required to support community-based complex programs e.g. home care, phlebotomy services, drug delivery etc

Required

Deep understanding of the operational, clinical financial workflows around both inpatient and outpatient cell & gene therapy programs

Prior track record of success planning and establishment of new outpatient and ambulatory delivery models

Prior experience with payer negotiations and contracting for cell & gene therapies

Prior experience in delivering advisory & consulting engagements would be a plus, but is not a requirement
