Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining FactoryLogix to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
Configuring and optimizing workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Analyzing production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization
Developing and maintaining documentation of configurations, workflows, and best practices
Providing training and user support on FactoryLogix functionality and best practices
Troubleshooting MES issues and coordinating with Aegis technical support as needed

Required

5+ years of experience in SMT manufacturing operations
Experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining MES systems
Strong understanding of SMT manufacturing processes
Demonstrated experience in data analysis, process improvement, and problem solving
Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to work effectively across teams

Preferred

Experience integrating MES with ERP systems
Direct experience with Aegis FactoryLogix MES software
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Understanding of shop orders, routings, and product structures
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
