Responsibilities

Help us with the entire implementation of proactive servicing
Assist team with the creation, planning, and implementation of a predictive, proactive and preventative operating model for IT Servicing Operations
Execute the strategy we develop, provide perspective and context to processes and operational models
Share best practices, models of working, and help us build out the same within our organization
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns
Maintain a high level of focus and attention to detail
Exhibit a strong work ethic with good time management and ability to work with diverse teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
Deep understanding of proactive servicing implementation
Senior level resource specializing in internal IT Proactive Servicing implementation
Ability to assist team with creation, planning, and implementation of a predictive, proactive and preventative operating model for IT Servicing Operations
Local to Phoenix who can work with the team on executing the strategy
Ability to provide perspective and context to processes and operational models
Heavy experience working with organizations that have implemented transformational change
Ability to share best practices and models of working
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns
High level of focus and attention to detail
Strong work ethic with good time management
Ability to work with diverse teams

Preferred

Expertise with NexThink is a plus
