Responsibilities

Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance for Health Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define system architecture, integration patterns, and data models
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance optimization
Oversee development teams and validate technical deliverables
Provide thought leadership on Salesforce capabilities and roadmap

Qualification

Salesforce architectureHealth Cloud expertiseService Cloud expertiseApex programmingSalesforce APIsData modelingIntegration patternsSalesforce certificationsStakeholder managementHealthcare domain knowledgeCommunication skills

Required

10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, including architecture and solution design
Proven expertise in Health Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and integration
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite and interact directly with client teams

Preferred

Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Health Cloud Specialist preferred
Knowledge of healthcare domain processes and compliance (HIPAA, etc.) is a plus
