Responsibilities

Manage and maintain high-quality operational datasets across service lines
Build scalable data models and automated reporting workflows
Perform detailed analyses to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
Design, build, and enhance dashboards that track KPIs across maintenance, repair, rentals, and equipment sales
Improve reporting visibility for branch performance, job costing, revenue, and margin trends
Help standardize reporting processes for operations, finance, and executive leadership
Work directly with branch leaders and service managers to understand needs and deliver insights
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support operational initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations
Analyze operational and financial performance, including key revenue and cost drivers
Support the Director of FP&A with reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI analysis
Contribute to strategic and ad hoc projects tied to growth, efficiency, and branch optimization

Qualification

Power BIFinancial analysisData managementAdvanced ExcelSQLERP experienceStakeholder managementCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

4–7 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or financial analysis
Strong, hands-on expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization) or comparable software applications
Advanced Excel skills; SQL or Power Query preferred
Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing P&L components and operational KPIs
Experience with ERP or service platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, Salesforce)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
