Responsibilities
Assist in preparing RFP submissions, investor decks, and project presentations
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverable tracking systems
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
Support entitlement and permitting processes
Process invoices and change orders with finance and accounting teams
Manage project documentation and file systems
Conduct research and prepare reports for potential projects
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or related field
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
Bachelor's degree required (Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field)
Highly motivated self-starter with attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
Applicant MUST reside in metropolitan area
Preferred
Familiarity with Procore or similar tools
