Talent Groups is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help modernize and extend a legacy ERP ecosystem as it transitions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This hands-on technical role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to enhance and integrate Business Central with various platforms, while also taking ownership of ERP-related development projects.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of ERP-related development projects, including legacy connector modernization and BC integrations
Design, build, and maintain integrations between Business Central, WooCommerce, and third-party platforms
Learn and apply AL programming to extend and customize Business Central
Build and consume REST APIs and web services
Troubleshoot complex integration and data flow issues across systems
Write clean, defensive, well-documented code that minimizes business disruption
Continuously identify opportunities to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance

Qualification

Required

Strong experience with JavaScript (Vue preferred), Java, or Python
Experience with WooCommerce development and/or WordPress/PHP
Proficiency in—or strong willingness to learn—the AL programming language
Experience building and consuming REST APIs and web services
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with leadership direction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience integrating e-commerce platforms (marketplaces, shipping carriers, payment gateways)
Background in distribution, wholesale, or parts-based businesses
Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control processes
3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
