Responsibilities

Refine and maintain design workflows to reduce friction and improve consistency

Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams

Administer and optimize design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Notion)

Support design rituals like critiques, retros, and showcases

Maintain documentation and knowledge management systems

Track and report on team health, project progress, and operational improvements

Manage vendor relationships and assist with budget tracking for tools, training, and events

Required

3-5 years in design operations, program management, or similar roles within design/product orgs

Background in design or UX

Experience in remote/distributed teams

Familiarity with agile or lean methodologies

Experience building a Design Ops program from the ground up
