Responsibilities
10+ years of experience in space systems engineering, integration, and testing
10+ years of experience in system of systems integration and integrated system testing for space, ground, or user programs
Experience in mission readiness planning, including operational test, operational acceptance, and transition to operations planning
Experience in developing integrated plans and schedules, developing decision briefings, managing giver or receivers, and managing risks for space programs
Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional team meetings and task execution across systems engineering and integration activities
Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
Secret clearance
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in space systems engineering, integration, and testing
10+ years of experience in system of systems integration and integrated system testing for space, ground, or user programs
Experience in mission readiness planning, including operational test, operational acceptance, and transition to operations planning

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
Preferred
15+ years of experience in space vehicle systems engineering, integration, and testing
Experience in launch planning and execution and satellite operations
Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions
Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle milestones, and DoD systems engineering, test, and production policies, standards, and practices
Knowledge of GPS space, ground, or user segment
Possession of writing skills for program or systems engineering documentation
Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
PMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP Certifications
