Senior LevelSantcore Technologies is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join their team in Manassas, VA, partnering with a leading provider of secure financial messaging services. The role involves supporting the development, deployment, and operation of Platform Services in an Azure Landing Zone environment, focusing on building secure and compliant cloud capabilities for regulated financial workloads.

Responsibilities
Azure Landing Zone Engineering - Design, build, and deploy Azure Landing Zone platform and workload pipelines with Infrastructure-as-Code templates implementing required standards and policy compliant infrastructure for running regulated financial services
DevSecOps & Automation Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (could also have experience w/ GitHub Actions)
Java application build pipelines (Maven/Gradle)
Docker image builds, scanning, and publishing
Helm chart or manifest-based AKS deployments
Integrate automated security checks (SAST, container scanning, policy compliance, approvals)
Develop scripts and automation tooling using Linux shell, Python, or PowerShell
Kubernetes & Container Platform Competence in design, deployment and Monitoring of Kubernetes & Container Platform, Networking & Security Tools is required
Responsibilities include monitoring and support with ops dashboards and Workbooks
Support incident response, performing root-cause analysis, and automating remediation workflows
Qualification
Required
Highly experienced in Azure, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and automation
Experience in building and maintaining secure, compliant, and fully automated cloud platform capabilities
Experience in designing, building, and deploying Azure Landing Zone platform and workload pipelines with Infrastructure-as-Code templates
Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Experience with Java application build pipelines (Maven/Gradle)
Experience with Docker image builds, scanning, and publishing
Experience with Helm chart or manifest-based AKS deployments
Experience in integrating automated security checks (SAST, container scanning, policy compliance, approvals)
Experience in developing scripts and automation tooling using Linux shell, Python, or PowerShell
Competence in design, deployment, and monitoring of Kubernetes & Container Platform, Networking & Security Tools
