Responsibilities

Must ensure cost savings initiatives are occurring to reduce the amount of liability regarding parts costs
Monitor technician floor activity and work with technical staff to improve their skills, help them get equipment up quickly, train the technicians in all areas
Attend meetings with operation, venders or management that deal with special projects, issues or operational changes that may need to be done
Ensure all safety protocols are always followed by everyone
Create reports, track Information and other documents as needed by management or operations
Travel between facilities as needed for coverage and support

Required

High School Diploma or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
3+ years of progressive maintenance supervisory experience
3+ years of experience in training and mentoring team members
3+ years of commitment to maintaining safety standards and procedures
3+ years of organizational skills to manage workflow efficiently
Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
