Responsibilities

Apply standard engineering methods and techniques to moderately complex engineering and construction assignments

Manage the planning and design of municipal infrastructure projects for both public and private clients

Lead and coordinate multiple project teams across concurrent assignments, ensuring technical quality and consistency

Participate in design meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders

Conduct or support field-based activities such as construction coordination, site inspections, and project reviews with clients

Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables; assist in preparing proposals and supporting contract negotiations

Support and collaborate with senior leadership to foster and grow strong client relationships throughout the region
