Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive leadership and plant management

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational goals

Lead and mentor the HR team, setting clear priorities and performance expectations

Oversee employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Manage labor relations as applicable, including union environments if relevant

Oversee talent acquisition strategies for salaried, hourly, and leadership roles

Partner with operations to support workforce planning, succession planning, and retention

Drive performance management, coaching, and development initiatives

Oversee compensation structures, benefits programs, and annual review cycles
