Responsibilities
Analyze business priorities and diagnose business needs to create/support targeted interventions including Performance, Succession, Career Management and Development
Consult and collaborate with Human Resources colleagues and business leaders to diagnose business needs and create/support targeted short and long interventions including performance, succession, career management, and development
Apply a diagnostic approach to understand challenge statement, root cause issues, and develop targeted interventions
Lead the design, development, and implementation of talent management solutions
Create and manage work plans, communication, and sustainability processes to support initiatives
Provide thought leadership and practical application of research and best practices in talent management solutions
Deepen expertise within the team and build capability in the firm among Human Resources and business leaders related to talent management
Partner with BHR, leaders and COEs to build and implement succession solutions across the Firm
Design and optimize succession planning and talent review processes to improve effectiveness, consistency, and alignment with business strategy
Facilitate succession planning discussions with senior leaders to ensure alignment with business strategy and leadership capability needs
Create tools and dashboards to monitor succession readiness, bench strength, and risk and provide insights and recommendations for mitigating leadership gaps and improving bench strength
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, human resources, or a related area
10+ years of professional experience in Talent Management / Human Resources Development, or related
Experience leading, designing, and facilitating Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Assessment processes
Strong partnership skills and executive presence to collaborate with senior leaders
Preferred
PhD preferred
Experience in BHR or Leadership preferred
