Responsibilities
Perform task-based SAP data coordination and updates related to engineering design changes for complex parts and assemblies tied to major programs and product improvements
Analyze engineering and related data to support the Product Delivery Process (PDP)
Create, coordinate, and maintain complex Bills of Material (BOMs) , Material Masters, and part attribute data using SAP and PDMLink Enterprise systems
Audit and process various business request forms related to specifications
Serve as a liaison and consultant , providing feedback that influences specification decisions and activities
Act as a specification representative on cross-functional project teams
Conduct specification audits and monitor engineering changes to ensure data integrity and consistency
Coordinate inter-factory implementation decisions related to engineering changes
Facilitate multi-disciplinary meetings , document discussions, publish meeting minutes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of specifications
Qualification
Required
