Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, settlement discussions, and trial preparation

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and related legal documents

Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategy and support client objectives

Appear at court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members

Efficiently manage a caseload while maintaining high-quality work product and meeting deadlines

Participate in settlement negotiations and provide strategic guidance to clients

Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with procedural and ethical standards
