Responsibilities

Act as the CEO of your projects, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to achieving objectives
Brainstorm and crowdsource opportunities to improve PNC’s operational efficiency
Perform detailed analysis of financial statements and operational metrics using tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, and Python to size and prioritize opportunities
Understand and optimize technology and business processes, synthesizing details into actionable strategies
Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and inform decision-making
Drive execution of opportunities to delivery performing any task needed to get the job done
Grow and expand professional networks through collaboration and thought leadership throughout all of retail and across all the shared service organizations

Required

Executive mindset with a focus on profitability and strategic impact

Ability to dig into details, understand systems and processes, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a take-charge attitude and commitment to project success
Passion for growth, innovation, and networking
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
