Responsibilities
Collaborate professionally with cross-functional partners, including engineering, product owners, and business analysts, to create functional and engaging product experiences
Define and apply design processes, best practices, and problem-solving approaches across the product lifecycle
Create experience maps, user flows, scenarios, and prototypes from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity designs, including rapid prototyping for validation
Present design work and decision rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership, while providing thoughtful feedback to other designers
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of hands-on experience designing product or UX/UI experiences, with multiple shipped products or major features
Proven experience working independently within Agile, cross-functional product teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and consistency
Proven experience as a designer embedded within or supporting a cross-functional product team
Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills
Hands-on experience working with and contributing to design systems
Expertise in both visual design and interaction design (UX and UI)
