Responsibilities
Design, prototype, and launch AI-powered product features from early concepts through scaled production
Build end-to-end product experiences using Python, TypeScript, and React
Work directly with customers to understand needs, validate ideas quickly, and iterate based on real-world feedback
Collaborate closely with product, design, and data partners to move from idea → shipped feature at startup speed
Navigate ambiguity and help define what to build when the path forward isn’t clear
Stay close to research and emerging AI capabilities to identify opportunities to ship “magic” to users
Ensure systems remain fast, reliable, and robust under real-world usage
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a product-focused full-stack or backend-leaning software engineer
Experience shipping production-grade code at a B2B SaaS company or early-stage startup
Comfortable working across the stack and owning features end to end
Strong fundamentals in backend systems, APIs, and data-driven applications
Experience collaborating closely with non-engineering partners (product, design, data)
0→1 experience as a founding engineer or early hire in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
Experience building or integrating AI-powered features (LLMs, automation, intelligent workflows)
Preferred
Experience working at a seed or Series A startup
Prior ownership of customer-facing features from concept through production
Familiarity with NLP concepts such as text analysis, embeddings, or semantic search
Experience with large datasets, complex queries, or performance-sensitive systems
Exposure to experimentation, rapid prototyping, or user-driven iteration
Background in MarTech, AdTech, or other high-throughput SaaS domains
