Responsibilities
Advise and represent corporate clients in Chapter 11 and related bankruptcy matters
Develop and execute restructuring strategies aligned with business goals
Draft, review, and negotiate key bankruptcy filings, motions, and related documents
Engage with creditors, trustees, and opposing counsel to resolve disputes
Provide ongoing legal guidance throughout bankruptcy and restructuring processes
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school; active license in good standing
Minimum 5+ years of experience handling bankruptcy matters, with significant experience representing companies/debtors
Demonstrated expertise in complex Chapter 11 proceedings
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills at a senior/partner level
Ability to manage matters independently and provide high-level strategic advice
