In this role, you will own the end-to-end physical delivery lifecycle in the USA, ensuring that the offline part of the platform operates with precision and speed.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic selection and management of Tier-1 print and logistics partners across the United States
Act as the primary expert on USPS regulations, ensuring PostGrid leverages optimal routing and postage incentives
Establish and monitor rigorous KPIs for print quality, turnaround time, and delivery accuracy across all US partners
Conduct regular operational reviews with enterprise clients to demonstrate delivery performance and ROI
Collaborate with product teams to automate the hand-off between digital requests and physical production
Lead the operational response to US-based logistics disruptions (e.g., weather events, postal strikes)

Required

8+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management
Deep expertise in USPS mailing standards, mail classes, and postal logistics
Proven track record of managing large-scale vendor networks in the US
Experience in a technology-driven operational role (e.g., E-commerce, 3PL, MarTech)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or BI tools
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing remote or distributed teams

Preferred

Experience with high-volume transactional mail (Statements, Checks, Tax forms)
Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Prior experience at a company like Pitney Bowes, Quad, or a major 3PL
Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant mailing operations
Experience managing operations budgets exceeding $10M
Strong understanding of digital-to-print software workflows
