Senior Sales Director

They are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Director to build, lead, and scale their federal sales organization, driving revenue growth and establishing Vibrint as a trusted partner in the federal marketplace.

Responsibilities
Build and scale a high-performing federal sales team from the ground up
Recruit, develop, and mentor sales professionals with federal market expertise
Establish sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics aligned with federal procurement cycles
Create compensation structures that attract top talent and drive results
Drive revenue targets across DOD, federal law enforcement, national security, and civilian agencies
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for each vertical market segment
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities within federal procurement channels (GSA schedules, IDIQs, BPAs, etc.)
Forecast and report on pipeline, bookings, and revenue performance to executive leadership
Expand Vibrint's VAR partnerships and vendor relationships
Navigate federal procurement vehicles and develop contract capture strategies
Build strategic alliances with systems integrators, prime contractors, and technology vendors
Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and teaming agreements
Establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across target agencies and Partner OEM's
Represent Vibrint at industry conferences, federal forums, and networking events
Collaborate cross-functionally with solutions engineering, operations, and finance teams
Develop customer success strategies to ensure long-term retention and expansion
Qualification
Required
10+ years of federal sales experience with proven track record of quota attainment and 5+ years in sales leadership roles building and managing teams
Understanding of federal procurement processes, vehicles, and compliance requirements
Established network within DOD, federal law enforcement, national security, or civilian agencies
VAR or channel sales experience in technology (Security, AI, Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Tactical Edge)
Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
US citizenship is required
Preferred
Deep network, credibility, and relationships within the federal IT ecosystem, federal Government, and/or national security community ecosystem
Experience with selling mission-critical infrastructure, analytics, cyber/AI or cloud solutions in the federal sector
Deep expertise in capturing federal contracting vehicles, IDIQs, GSA schedules, capture planning, and partner ecosystem dynamics
Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and a demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking coupled with hands-on execution
