Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, workflows, and transformation logic within Palantir Foundry
Develop and optimize Foundry Ontology, data models, and data lineage for enterprise-grade analytics
Implement AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform) capabilities for automation, analytics, and AI/ML enablement
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple data sources and ensure data quality, governance, and security
Enhance platform performance, scalability, and reliability
Support dashboard development, operational analytics, and reporting within Foundry
Troubleshoot data processing issues and optimize pipeline execution
Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standards

Required

10+ years of overall data engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry development
Experience working with AIP capabilities and Foundry platform enhancements
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Foundry data pipeline development
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and analytics workflows
Experience integrating data from APIs, relational, and cloud data sources
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with AI/ML workflows within Foundry
Exposure to data governance, lineage, and metadata management
Prior experience working on IBM or large enterprise projects
