Build meaningful relationships with clients and learn how to offer fiduciary advice that aligns with their goals
Lead client meetings and gain hands-on experience in financial planning
Learn the intricacies of retirement plans and financial advising
Develop your skills with the guidance and mentorship of our experienced Advice Team
Obtain your Series 65 registration and prepare for the CFP® designation
Qualification
Required
A genuine interest in helping people with financial advice
A 4-year college degree (a must-have or graduating within 6 months)
Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
Curiosity, resilience, and exceptional problem‑solving ability
