Engineer, Electrical / Electronics II
ITC Defense Corp. is searching for an Engineer specializing in Electrical and Electronics in support of the Child Youth Program (CYP) Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and Life Cycle Support Contract. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining surveillance systems, as well as troubleshooting and ensuring system availability.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV, IP video surveillance, and electronic access control systems for CYP facilities
Perform hands-on setup and troubleshooting of IP cameras, VMS software, access control panels, card readers, and related network equipment
Assist with camera placement, field of view verification, cable terminations, and system commissioning
Diagnose and resolve video, network, and access control system issues to ensure continuous system availability
Perform routine inspections, preventive and emergency maintenance, and system upgrades for CCTV and IP video systems
Support lifecycle sustainment activities, including equipment replacement and technology refresh
Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, and as-built drawings
Coordinate directly with vendors, installers, and facility staff during installations and repairs
Ensure systems meet applicable DoD, CYP, and physical security requirements
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's level degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
3 years of professional experience with design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing/integration of electrical and electronic equipment, to include: Systems/Equipment Support, and Test and Evaluation support of C4ISR or similar requirements
Genetec Security Center 5.x Omnicast technical certification (or higher) is required
Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
Preferred
Active Security Clearance is not required but is a plus
Experience with reading CAD designs, technical writing, and Virtual Machine (VM) configurations
Advanced knowledge of network protocols, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs for secure remote access
Strong communication skills with team members and senior government or company leaders
