Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations for water and wastewater treatment facility construction
Coordinate and supervise crews and subcontractors across underground utilities, mass excavation, concrete, and mechanical scopes
Plan and execute work to meet schedule, quality, and safety requirements
Work closely with project management to sequence work and resolve field issues
Enforce safety programs and maintain compliance with all site regulations
Track production, manpower, and equipment usage
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Superintendent on heavy civil water/wastewater treatment projects
Strong background in underground utility installation, including process piping
Experience with mass excavation and structural concrete work
Working knowledge of mechanical systems related to treatment facilities (pumps, piping, equipment setting)
Ability to lead multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
