10+ years expTekIntegral is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials Migration Lead / Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end migration of Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets modules from legacy ERP platforms to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role involves owning solution architecture, functional design, and delivery coordination for a multi-country Oracle Cloud rollout, while collaborating closely with Finance, IT, Compliance, and external vendors.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials (AP & FA)
Define target-state architecture and document designs using Oracle-standard frameworks and methodologies
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable Oracle Fusion configurations and workflows
Facilitate discovery sessions and recommend process improvements and optimizations
Own solution delivery from design through go-live, including configuration, integrations, and data migration
Create and deliver executive-level presentations, decision papers, and solution walkthroughs
Lead stakeholder workshops with business, finance, IT, and compliance teams
Drive cross-functional alignment across global and matrixed teams, owning key architectural and design decisions
Define and manage integrations with internal and external systems, including: Banking systems, Expense management applications, Tax engines, eInvoicing platforms
Define data migration strategy, reconciliation approach, and validation processes
Support UAT planning, cutover activities, and go-live readiness
Lead and mentor a team of functional analysts and developers across multiple workstreams
Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across functional and technical teams
Provide weekly status reports, risk assessments, and dashboard updates to leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in ERP transformation programs
At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials implementations
Deep functional expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Fixed Assets (FA)
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configurations, workflows, and business processes
Proven ability to create and present executive-level content
Solid understanding of data migration strategies and reconciliation methodologies
