Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance across core talent development disciplines, including leadership development, performance management, succession planning, coaching and mentoring, team effectiveness, learning strategy, and assessment tools
Research, design, and evolve forward looking talent development programs, frameworks, and solutions that strengthen organizational culture and capability
Partner with HR business partners, centers of expertise, and operational teams to deliver integrated talent solutions
Contribute to the development and refinement of enterprise talent standards, processes, systems, and tools
Enable HR partners through coaching, tools, and resources that support effective implementation of talent programs
Maintain a strong external network and stay current on emerging trends in talent development and workforce strategy
Qualification
Required
Ten or more years of relevant professional experience in human resources or talent focused roles
Demonstrated experience supporting senior HR leaders with consultative, insight driven guidance
Comfort working across regions and with stakeholders operating in Eastern Time business hours
Preferred
Experience in HR consulting environments is strongly valued
