Responsibilities
Maintain timely and accurate clinical charting using the Electronic Health Record (HER) on a daily basis
Update and maintain client files as required and necessary per specified guidelines
Secure all client information per HIPAA standards
Complete accurate case notes for each billable unit
Prepare written reports and state mandated documents per LifeStance Health expectations and requirements for state certification
Manage a caseload that consistently meets the necessary billable time weekly
Participate in meetings as required/necessary with internal and external customers and partners
Qualification
Required
Possess a Master's degree (or other graduate/doctoral degree) in a mental health related field
Minimum of six months previous experience in Mental Health as a Community Based Therapist in, CTSS, or ARMHS
Experience with psychotherapy and competence with performing diagnostic assessments
Experience with Foster Providers, Adoption, and County Social Services
Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family
Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis
Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff
Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and ability to appropriately manage referrals
Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community based locations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain professional relationships with school-based staff and family members to coordinate services and efficiently respond to/manage referrals
Strong organizational skills in managing daytime (school hours) availability as well as potential for afternoons/evenings as necessary
