Responsibilities

Identify and resolve client issues, escalating high-risk or complex problems to supervisors or subject matter experts

Help identify trends and causation of inaccurate and/or incomplete data

Use SQL, Python and/or Excel functions to organise and analyze various data sets

Demonstrate a strong understanding of how assigned tasks contribute to overall fixed income operations

Exercise independent judgment in resolving low-risk issues while adhering to compliance and control standards

Collaborate with own team and related teams to ensure seamless process execution

Report operational issues and resolutions to management promptly

Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for business processes and product enhancements from users and product managers

Document processes and recommend improvements and efficiencies

Work individually and within a team setting to deliver requirements on time and within scope

Effectively multi-task on different tasks/projects. Track to-do items effectively and re-prioritize when needed

Ability to navigate and step through complex problems where final solutions may be multi-step or complex
