Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across all desks (Active, Inactive, Risk, AMP)
Answer routine inquiries and prepare standard correspondence
Manage shared email inboxes (Credit Notify Inbox and CAPS emails)
Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple departments
Maintain internal databases and personal information systems
Assist Credit Administrators with:
Assurity Bonds
Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
Letters of Credit
Manage bonds, oversee credit checks, and maintain the bills box
Support payment reconciliation, including resolving duplicate payment issues
Order office supplies and set up office/computer equipment for new hires
Perform mailroom duties (Tuesdays)
Collaborate closely with the Revenue Protection team (Tuesdays)
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to Credit & Payment Services departments as needed

Required

1–2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
Experience supporting multiple departments or teams simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email & calendar coordination)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic spreadsheets, tracking, reconciliation)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Comfortable working with internal databases and semi-automated workflows
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to coordinate schedules across multiple departments
Typing speed of approximately 50 WPM
Reliable onsite presence (Mondays & Tuesdays required)
Able to work effectively under general supervision

Preferred

Background in credit administration or payment processing
Exposure to financial documentation (bonds, CDs, Letters of Credit)
Experience supporting billing, reconciliation, or credit operations
