Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for medical devices
Conduct design control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product designs and manufacturing techniques
Perform risk management assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues in production
Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste
Apply Six Sigma methodologies to enhance quality and process control
Create and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and quality standards
Use CAD software to assist in the design and modification of manufacturing equipment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in medical device manufacturing or a similar industry

Proficiency in CAD software for design and engineering purposes
Demonstrated experience in process engineering and production planning
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
