Conair LLC is a leading international designer and manufacturer of branded personal care products, and they are seeking a Summer Intern for their Beauty & Home Care division. The intern will support a $125MM+ portfolio and gain experience in various business operations including sales, marketing, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Interns will receive daily/weekly assignments that will offer general exposure to growing their knowledge base in sales, marketing, e-commerce/digital, merchandising, planning, operations, and strategic planning

The interns’ schedules will provide a set period with each Conair team/function area for a holistic learning experience

In addition, each Intern will be given a specific assignment based on their skill set, interests, and capacity, to be assigned by the Director

There will be final events for interns to celebrate their completion of the program and to prepare a formal recap of learnings and ah-ha moments to share with Conair leadership via Teams or in person

Interns should also anticipate joining select customer business meetings to enhance their learning and interaction, both internally and externally, as well as attending store and club tours to understand our product categories and the rest of the market

Week #1 : Intro to Conair Team, Walmart Businesses + Conair Analyst/Planners

Week #2 : Hair Fashion Appliances (Styling Tools, Dryers & Grooming)

Week #3 : Hair Accessories & Cosmetic Bags

Week #4 : Home (Garment Care)

Week #5: Operations (Business Analytics & Replenishment)

Week #6-8: Interns' collaboration and preparation for their FINALE presentation to the Director and Conair leadership in Stamford, of key learning’s on Friday, 8/7/26 . Session will be via Teams

Qualification

Required

You must be a current college student entering your junior or senior year in the fall of 2026

You must be in excellent academic standing

You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

You are proficient with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Must have a valid US driver's license to utilize the company car to deliver samples to Walmart and Sam's Club layout centers. All within a 5-mile radius of the Conair Bentonville office

This internship is Monday- Friday, located in our Bentonville office, beginning Monday, June 1, 2026, to Friday, August 7, 2026

Candidates must be willing to come into the office 4x/week
