Responsibilities
Proactively engage customers in need of assistance, accurately identify their requirements through insightful questioning, and recommend optimal home solutions
Build furniture as needed for In Shape As New, Introduction of new products, commercial calendar implementation and remodels
Keep the area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked
Express enthusiasm for IKEA products by consistently expanding knowledge of their features and benefits. Share this expertise with customers to guide their decision-making, ultimately enriching their shopping experience
Implement, maintain and change out Add-Ons throughout the store, as needed, to help achieve sales volume, conversion and Gross Margin goals, and promote vitality
Demonstrate the ability to analyze and adjust sales space capacities based on system parameters (sales location management) to secure high stock availability
Support the implementation and upkeep of planned commercial activities in, or involving, your range
Contributes to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers
Qualification
Required
Available on weekends—Saturday and Sunday—as well as some evenings during the week
