Strategic Account Sales Manager
Neos Talent is a globally recognized leader in financial data and analytics, seeking an ambitious Strategic Sales Manager to drive growth in North American capital markets. This role focuses on new business acquisition across various institutional participants, leveraging SaaS and data solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Target and close high-value clients across the capital markets ecosystem
Map client needs to our suite of data, analytics, and SaaS solutions
Partner with SDRs to build a strong, qualified pipeline
Deliver consultative, insight-driven presentations to trading, risk, and data leaders
Maintain pipeline integrity via Salesforce and uphold a metrics-driven sales discipline
Hit or exceed quarterly targets with support from a world-class commercial team
Qualification
Required
You've sold SaaS, pricing, or market data to capital markets clients
You understand the nuances of sales cycles in the trading, risk, or research domain
You bring a consultative mindset, backed by strong industry and product acumen
You're metrics-focused, CRM-savvy (Salesforce preferred), and love to win
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and want your work to move the needle
Preferred
Familiarity with OTC derivatives, electronic trading platforms, or data-driven sales strategies
Experience collaborating with SDRs, product, and marketing teams
Previous success building $1M+ pipelines or penetrating greenfield accounts
