Responsibilities
Pricing Owner: lead business partner for assigned channel
Financial Modeling: scenarios for impacts of risk/opportunities, cost/benefit analysis
Market Analysis: monitor environmental trends with competitive landscape across customer segments
Profit optimization strategies: including identifying price getting opportunities in US markets
Pricing governance: support in business case proposals to Executive Pricing Committee
Deal development: workshop and advise on deal structure and improved outcomes
Lead on initiatives across Dexcom to drive efficiencies in process, tools and systems
Collaborate with Payer Account Management Teams to provide input into contract development and performance
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience
You have prior experience in the diabetes market, with expertise in the CGM
You have a history of strong financial acumen, including forecasting and pricing
You have knowledge of North America healthcare economics and market landscape
You have demonstrated the ability to work and integrate strategies across functional areas
You have successfully been able to foster a vision and gain alignment from internal stakeholders
You have an innate ability to learn and delayer complex problems
You are a self-starter and motivated by a rapid pace of evolving challenges
