Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and web-generated leads

Make outbound follow-up calls to close sales

Consult with clients on Professional Liability and Cyber Security coverage

Pre-qualify prospects and ask underwriting questions

Cross-sell additional Property & Casualty products

Overcome objections and guide clients through the buying process

Document all activity in internal systems

Ensure compliance with carrier, state, and company guidelines
