Responsibilities

Lead B2B SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live
Work directly with customers to gather requirements and define scope
Coordinate and delegate work across multi-resource engineering teams
Drive program execution, solve complex technical problems, and improve processes

Qualification

Technical Program ManagementB2B SaaS experienceSoftware product implementationsCustomer-facing experienceCoding language JavaScriptCoding language SQL

Required

5+ years of experience in TPM, program/project management, or engineering
Hands-on experience leading software product implementations (not one-day deployments)
Strong customer-facing experience
B2B SaaS and startup experience required
Technical background with any coding language (JavaScript a plus) and SQL

Preferred

Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
Backgrounds like TPM, Solutions Engineer, Delivery/Implementation Manager, or Forward Deployed Engineer welcome
