Responsibilities
Guide customers through their digital transformation, from initial setup to advanced features
Deliver hands-on training sessions on-site at customer facilities
Build lasting relationships with distillery managers, warehouse operators, and industry leaders
Identify opportunities to expand platform usage within existing accounts
Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop compelling customer stories
Track and celebrate measurable improvements in customer operations
Visit customer sites - from craft distilleries to major warehouse facilities
Represent Proof 8 at industry events and trade shows
Build your network within the spirits industry whilst strengthening customer relationships
Qualification
Required
Background with distillery operations, warehouse management, or spirits supply chain
Understanding of production processes, maturation, or bottling requirements
Passion for the spirits industry and appreciation for its traditions
Comfortable learning and demonstrating software platforms
Ability to explain digital solutions in practical, industry-relevant terms
Experience with SaaS platforms or operational management systems
Strong presentation and training skills
Ability to build rapport with diverse industry professionals
Comfortable working independently across different locations
Enthusiasm for travel to customer sites and industry events
Adaptable approach to working with businesses of all sizes
Remote-first mindset with excellent self-organisation skills
