Responsibilities

Managing team resources within allocated budgets to ensure support for capabilities in development in a dynamic environment
Identifying and addressing issues, risks and opportunities
Interacting with leadership in E&T, program management, sustainment, and stakeholders
Developing and maintaining a Vemo staffing plan that supports evaluation of future staffing needs
Performing personnel management tasks including staffing, training, assigning and directing work, and conducting performance reviews. Will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members
