In this role, you'll drive the strategic vision and market-making activities for the agentic AI product within the defense and intelligence communities.

Responsibilities
Aggressively identify and shape the emerging market for agentic AI within government customers. You'll be responsible for creating and communicating the value proposition, educating customers on the "art of the possible," and influencing their requirements to align with our technology
Take ownership of driving alignment between our product development roadmap and the evolving needs of our customers. You'll act as a voice of the customer, ensuring our technology is positioned to solve real-world problems and anticipate future opportunities
Build strong relationships with capture managers and business development teams across Two Six Technologies. You will work collaboratively to identify opportunities, develop capture strategies, and win deals
Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities. This position includes a quota and target for wins, requiring a results-oriented approach and a focus on closing deals
Work with the R&D team to define and iterate on the business model for this new product line, from pricing strategies to go-to-market plans
You may be asked to take on some program management functions including customer relationships and tactical milestone delivery on our first prototype contracts while we scale
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in capture management, business development, or a similar role within the defense or national security sector
A deep understanding of the government procurement process and a track record of successfully shaping and winning contracts
A strong interest in and working knowledge of AI/ML, particularly in the context of defense and intelligence applications
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to contribute to the strategic direction of a new business initiative
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance
