Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records
Respond promptly to guest billing requests and inquiries
Handle credit card authorizations securely and efficiently
Enter invoices and process received orders for the hotel
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and payment processing
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Knowledge of hotel operations and billing procedures is a plus
