Technical Support Specialist
Jivetel Communications is seeking a Technical Support Specialist who views every support interaction as an opportunity to provide world-class hospitality. In this role, you will lead the onboarding process for new clients, diagnose and resolve VoIP service issues, and act as a subject matter expert to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, translating their business needs into perfectly configured Jivetel features
Diagnose and resolve VoIP service issues, ranging from software configurations to hardware and basic network troubleshooting
Act as a subject matter expert, educating customers on how to maximize our tools to grow their businesses
Treat every client like a guest in your home. You’ll own the customer experience from the first call to the final resolution
Don’t just follow processes, improve them. You’ll identify system gaps and collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to streamline our workflows
Meticulously document technical issues and solutions to build a stronger knowledge base for the whole team
Qualification
Required
Genuine, empathetic approach to helping people
Comfortable with home and small-business networking (routers, firewalls, and basic TCP/IP logic)
Ability to explain technical issues in a way that makes sense to non-technical users
Strong critical thinking skills to diagnose root causes of issues
