Responsibilities

Manage and direct a high performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork: manages partnerships with external vendors, agencies, media partners and cultivates a culture of ownership, innovation, proactiveness and results driven performance
Manage and deliver marketing strategies for Bassmaster and our advertising and sponsorship partners
Direct the overall Brand Strategy
Drives Revenue Growth and Customer Acquisition: Develops and executes strategies to achieve revenue, profit and conversion rate targets. Leads initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization
Data Analytics and Performance Measurements: Defines KPIs and metrics to measure success and guide in decision making, uses analytics tools to track and report on client performance and asset deliverables
Builds and Optimizes Direct to Consumer (DTC) e-commerce business: Leads, develops, executes DTC e-commerce, collaborating internally and externally to ensure alignment and desired outcomes Ability to build prospective models to align to future customer needs and expectations
Design and maintain brand marketing strategies, adjusting to current and forecasting future trends
Leverage strong communication skills to pitch sales assets and concepts through carefully crafted written proposals and stand out presentations/sales materials
Guide and support sales development team in the creation of packages and materials for prospective and current clients
Direct the activities of the Marketing department ensuring team members achieve overall business goals
Responsible for sales and marketing budget
Direct production of event recaps and client analysis reports
Manage annual sales meetings
Oversee all state and local event marketing

Required

Bachelor's degree required in related field
Creative individual with strong analytical and management skills
10+ year's experience in digital, linear and sponsorship marketing
Expertise in SEO, UX/UI, Marketing performance programs
Must be resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Microsoft Applications and the Adobe Suite
