Utilize proprietary M&A AI tools to locate and contact ideal buyers and targets
Access hundreds of mandates shared across the network and leverage a collaborative fee-sharing model
Receive full back-office support from a dedicated team
Adopt an International Investment Banking Brand and gain access to a global network of peers and experts
Utilize leading M&A databases and custom M&A CRM to manage your deal pipeline
Qualification
Required
Over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, or M&A advisory
Clear sector-specific expertise is a must
Excellent command of English
Proactive, persuasive, resilient, and intensely interested in analyzing transactions and generating/closing deals
Ready to work exclusively under the ONEtoONE Corporate Finance Brand
Ability to work independently while being teamwork-driven and collaborative
