Responsibilities
Oversee factory operations to exceed metrics in efficiency, yield, and cost
Coordinate photovoltaic manufacturing and engineering activities to meet quality standards
Develop and implement strategic operational plans using Factory KPI's
Foster a culture of change and continuous improvement among team members
Provide coaching and support to ensure team development and performance
Apply TOC methodology to enhance productivity and address constraints
Lead new product introductions and ensure manufacturability to meet objectives
Conduct performance appraisals and create succession plans for key team members
Promote a culture of personal responsibility and continuous improvement
Facilitate effective communication and team building
Travel up to 10% globally as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field required
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
8 years in manufacturing, especially in Industrial Engineering and Constraint Theory
Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods, process improvement, budgets, and financial statements
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant engineering field
