Responsibilities
50% - Candidate Processing & Review: Review language assessments, evaluate candidate quality, and build strong pipelines
20% - Stakeholder Interaction: Partner closely with hiring managers, recruiting partners, and internal stakeholders
10% - Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and platforms
20% - Focused Sourcing Work: Boolean searching, outreach strategy, and pipeline optimization
Qualification
Required
3-7 years of sourcing or recruiting experience preferably in technology recruiting
Proven experience writing and executing Boolean search strings
Experience supporting roles related to large language models or AI technologies
Strong organizational skills, including advanced Excel use and the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
Excellent candidate engagement and stakeholder partnership skills
